Leading AI in Education Expert Coming to Kansas
Smoky Hill Education Service Center is excited to announce an exceptional professional development opportunity featuring Andrew Easton, one of the nation's foremost experts in artificial intelligence in education. The workshop will take place on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Plainville High School from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
As the Chief Learning Officer for the Nebraska Educational Service Unit Coordinating Council, Easton brings nearly two decades of experience in transforming teaching and learning environments. His expertise in digital learning, curriculum innovation, and instructional technology has made him a sought-after speaker at national conferences.
Easton is not only a practitioner but also a respected author in the field. He wrote "Empowered to Choose: A Practical Guide to Personalized Learning" and contributed to "Snapshots in Education 2023," where he explored the transformative potential of AI in education. His insights reach thousands through The Good Life EDU Podcast, which has garnered over 50,000 downloads.
During this full-day workshop, participants will:
